Pensions Documentation Indexing Specialists x 2 (10-Week Assignment), London / Any
Our client will shortly be transferring their pension scheme members’ hard copy information onto a new document imaging system, via a third party. As part of this process the first stage is to take each member’s hard copy pension scheme information and divide this into pre-defined categories, labelling each document clearly for scanning. To do this the Pensions Documentation Indexing Specialist will require a basic understanding of what each document within the member’s file is. It is essential that applicants have an understanding of occupational pension scheme administration and all documents a provider must and will have retained on file for their members.
Our client has roughly 3,000 member files pending scanning. Not all of these files will require indexing; priority will be given to Active member files first. The department estimate this task should take two people working five days a week on a 37.5 hr week basis up to ten weeks to complete and have budgeted accordingly. This assignment is to commence work immediately and complete the full duration of the assignment. Please do not apply if you know you will take annual leave during this period or may be offered alternate employment and leave before the end date.
