Based in Kilmarnock my client require a branch based Service & Compliance Manager to join the team. You will be working for a major retail bank and must have prior experience in a compliance/audit/quality checking function together with strong customer servicing skills. You will be tasked with ensuring all branch operations are completed within the strict quality and control procedures. You will be working with an existing team of branch staff who provide a professional and efficient service to all customers. As this is a dual role you will be responsible for managing the branch in terms of quality and control procedures and ensuring all risks are identified early and addressed. You will also be involved on the counter and you will join the team in providing excellent and efficient customer service by providing advise and information of products and services. It is important to have the ability to identify sales opportunities in this job to help drive this branch forward. Previous experience in a sales/retail role where you have worked towards targets is essential to demonstrate this ability. Naturally excellent communication skills and strong customer servicing is absolutely essential. You will also have a drive to succeed and attention to detail.
