FRH1001-32 Flexible Benefits Administration Manager The Company Award winning employee benefits consulting firm The Role Responsible for looking after 6 Flexible Benefit Administrators who manage / administrator a portfolio of clients with regards to their flexible benefits. You will need to delegate and manage the work load accordingly to achieve the high service levels expected. Develop and maintain relationships across the business and with third parties, develop staff member’s skills and competencies to work in a client and customer focused environment. The Person To be considered you will need experience within Flexible Benefits and at a management level.
