VP of Consulting, London / City / Docklands

Our client, a market leading reward consultancy, is seeking to hire a Vice President to carry out this pivotal role within their Banking and Capital Markets practice.

 

You will provide performance and reward consulting services to both Corporate and Investment Banks. In order to be successful in this role you will be required to have significant experience of providing advisory solutions within this type of environment.

As the Vice President you will be a proven builder and leader of high efficiency teams. A high level of energy is required for this role, as well as being results-orientated with a good basic knowledge of financial performance and reward economics. A resourceful team member is required, someone who is capable of quickly taking control of their own responsibilities whilst establishing themselves as a credible strategic business partner.
