Working closely with the Reward Team Leader this is a unique opportunity to have a large degree of input into my clients reward strategy. You will play a key role in assessing the success of current policies and consequently take the strategic lead in suggesting pioneering reward policies to ensure my client has a market-leading approach. This role has a remit covering reward across the UK, and is essential in supporting the overall business strategy.
