Client Services Manager

Our client has an exciting opportunity within Scheme Group for a Client Services Manager. The successful candidate will be client facing and have an excellent understanding of pensions and client relationships. The ability to communicate at all levels, on a group and one-to-one basis, is essential coupled with a high standard of written and listening skills. Ideally degree calibre (or equivalent) and a Member of the Pensions Management Institute, the Client Services Manager's principal responsibility is to deliver services to clients including acting as Scheme Secretary to certain Pensions Committees and other Trustees. The role also includes liaising with operations managers, systems and accounts group; ting changes to existing computer systems or related procedures required to meet the changing needs of the various schemes.
