Trustee Director - Leeds or Manchester

We are seeking a highly successful pension’s professional to head up a new office in either Leeds or Manchester for a rapidly expanding Trustee Services organisation. You will be required to set up and expand a team to provide professional trustee services to pension schemes working with member nominated trustees, employers and advisers to ensure correct management of schemes. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Pensions Act 2004, corporate restructure and/or insolvency issues with regards to pensions, and knowledge of The Pensions Regulator and Pension Protection Fund policy. You will need excellent communication skills, be adept at high level negotiations and deliver targets of fee income and profitability with an excellent understanding of the challenges facing trustees and employers. Suitable candidates may come from an Accountancy or Actuarial practice, a Legal Firm, Employee Benefit Consultancy, an In-House pension’s scheme or another Independent Trustee Company. If you want more information on this rare opportunity to manage an exciting new venture and make a difference within a progressive and rapidly expanding organisation then contact Ceri Wharmby: REF: LCW10304
